About this site. serenacox.co.uk is the professional website of Serena Cox, independent maternity and healthcare consultant. By using it you accept these terms.

Information, not advice. The content describes my consultancy, research, training and advisory services and shares general professional thinking. It's provided for information only and doesn't constitute clinical, legal, regulatory or professional advice, and shouldn't be relied on as such. Nothing here creates a professional or contractual relationship — any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

Enquiries. Submitting the enquiry form or contacting me doesn't create an obligation on either side. An initial organisational discussion of up to 30 minutes is free; any review, preparation, written advice, product demonstration, workshop design, stakeholder engagement or other work beyond that forms part of a paid commission, agreed in advance.

No endorsement. Any reference to former roles, organisations or partners is descriptive of my experience and doesn't imply their endorsement of my consultancy. My independent input to a client's product or programme is not regulatory approval, clinical certification or endorsement, and my name, credentials or contribution may not be used publicly without my separate written agreement.

Intellectual property. The text, articles and materials on this site are mine unless otherwise stated. You're welcome to read and share links and short quotations with attribution; please don't reproduce substantial content without permission.

External links. Where I link to other sites, I'm not responsible for their content or availability.

Professional standing. I'm an NMC-registered midwife and work within my professional scope and standards.
