Every session is designed for its context
Training is agreed around the audience, the change you want and the setting. Sessions can use anonymised scenarios, local themes and existing pathways where appropriate. Participants leave with practical frameworks, language and actions — not just increased awareness.
Facilitation
I also facilitate complex conversations where different groups need to make sense of evidence, agree a pathway or move from competing perspectives to a shared plan — service-design workshops, learning events, stakeholder roundtables and cross-organisational discussions.
